Direct Care Supervisor

Our Home Care Services Kennewick office is accepting applications for a full-time Direct Care Supervisor to provide direct supervision of Home Care Providers and sustain successful client, provider and case manager relationships.  Minimum qualifications:  must be at least 18 years of age with an AA or equivalent, 2 years experience with home care or customer service, 1 year supervisory and office experience is highly desirable.  Good communication and organizational skills necessary.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.  Must have acceptable ciminal history background check.  Three-year driving abstract required with completed application.  Additional requirement that applicant must be able to perform critical client tasks as a substitute Home Care Provider.  See requirements listed on Direct Care Supervisor Job Description in application packet.  Salary DOQ.  Application deadline is close of business March 16, 2012.  Equal Opportunity Employer.
