HOME DELIVERED MEALS

Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels provides home-delivered meals that are fresh and hot at noon-time.  Meals are delivered by caring volunteers Monday through Friday within Benton and Franklin counties of Washington state.  Meals are available in Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser, Pasco and Connell.  Frozen meals are available for weekends and holidays for those who need them.

This service for the elderly is available to those who are age 60 and older, primarily homebound, having a difficult time preparing balanced meals and do not have someone who prepares meals in their home.

For active adults who are 60 or older, a noon-time meal is available at seven Dining Centers located within senior centers and community centers throughout the area.  For more information, please call:

Meals for seniors are provided on a donation basis as a community service.  Participants are asked to contribute what they can afford.

ESSENTIAL MEALS

For participants of any age needing help with nutritious meals on a regular basis.  Meals are delivered by volunteers Monday through Friday between 11:00 am and 12:00 noon.

An Essential Meal includes the main entree, two side dishes and a dessert.  Cost of each meal is $4.25 and may be paid for by the individual receiving the meal, or if needed, by a meal sponsor.
